Harry Rosen’s Alteration Policy

We want to ensure that you look and feel your best in every garment you purchase from us. Our in-house expert tailoring staff is here to ensure you achieve your desired fit provided they do not impact the integrity of the garment or the designer’s point of view.

Regular Priced Merchandise

All customers receive complimentary alterations on any regular-price merchandise at the time of purchase.

Sale Priced Merchandise Alterations*

We do charge competitive fees per alteration on Sale merchandise. As a benefit of our Sartoria Recognition Program for Gold, Platinum & Platinum Elite tier clients, these charges will be waived.

Garment Maintenance Services*

Should you, the original owner of the garment, find yourself in need of a fixed seam, a replacement button, or even requiring alterations to waist of your jacket or trouser due to minor weight change, we have you covered with competitive alteration fees. As a benefit of our Sartoria Recognition Program for Gold, Platinum & Platinum Elite tier clients, these fees will be waived. Please allow longer wait times for these types of alterations as we endeavor to help you extend the life of your wardrobe.

Out of respect for our professional tailors, we ask that you have the garment dry cleaned before bringing it in for any alteration service.
